Hey everyone – I expect you all know this already but just in case… Today is ‘blab about my upcoming album’ day. Kscope have shared one of the tracks on YouTube and for all you German folk who aren’t allowed YouTube, there’s Soundcloud.

The sound at the beginning is actually my washing machine. It doesn’t get much more rock and roll than that. Over the coming weeks I’ll share a load more information about the album and the concept. My home town of Yeovil features heavily, not only in the music but also in the sleeve design. The shot of me standing on the cover (you can see below) is actually made up of various locations throughout the town where I have been placed in the exact same shot (they are the strips through the middle). Each one will reveal it’s self in the booklet. One of my favourite locations was in a scooter shop in the center of town opposite the bus station, Lovely guys who run the place, they were happy for us to invade! But the story is, the exact place I was standing was where I used to spend a lot of my youth, as it used to be a music shop. That’s where I bought my first amp, my first distortion pedal, my first decent electric guitar. Rock and Pop I think it was called. As a young, aspiring guitarist it was a magical place. It closed many years ago…

I hope you like the track – watch this space for more…

Cheers
Bruce
